Specific testing services are governed by the Statement of Work agreed for each engagement. These terms cover use of the website and portal generally.

No probing, attacking, or reverse-engineering our infrastructure outside our responsible-disclosure programme. No submission of unlawful content.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by secaudit or its licensors. Engagement reports are licensed to the contracting client per the SoW.
5. Disclaimers
The marketing site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Service-level commitments live in the SoW.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for use of the website is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) USD 100.
